TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Traders Central Fund has created an Affiliate Commission Program (the “Referral Program”) to show its appreciation to all its loyal users. This Referral Program is available ongoing throughout the year, with no expiry date.

The Referral Program is available to all Traders Central Fund users and New Users who meet the following condition:

- “Referrer”: An existing Traders Central user who refers another person using the referral URL in their Traders Central Fund profile.

- “Referral”: A new user who has been referred by the Referrer using their personal referral URL in their Traders Central Fund profile.

- “New client”: is a person that has never been a Traders Central Fund user.

REFERRAL METHOD

To participate in the Traders Central Fund’s Referral Program, you must be a legitimate Traders Central Fund user with an account in good standing. If you are already a Traders Central Fund account holder, you will have access to a URL that will allow you to refer friends to Traders Central Fund and earn rewards.

How to get rewards:

Register: Create an account with Traders Central Fund. Once logged in, click on the profile tab and click the referral section. Scroll down to find your referral link.

Refer: Your referral link can be shared with friends and family. When your friends or family join Traders Central found as a user and buy into one of the Trader Central Fund’s plans, you will be rewarded.

Rewards: For every new user, that purchases a plan with Traders Central Fund using your referral link, you will receive 10% cashback of whatever plan they pick. Your referrals will be tracked and you can withdraw your commission from the Affiliate section under your Profile tab.

ADVERTISEMENT OF REFERRAL URL

The Referral URL and the Traders Central Fund name/logo must only be used in an appropriate and respectful manner. When using the Referral URL or the Traders Central Fund name/logo, we ask that you represent and warrant that you shall not:

1. violate any Canadian law or other anti-spam legislation; and

2. violate any third-party rights (including IP rights); and

3. promote, advocate or include violence, gambling, hacking, racial intolerance, illicit drugs or any other nefarious technological activity, illegal activity or infringement on the legal rights of others; and

4. misrepresent to the public anything related to Traders Central Fund.

LIMITATIONS

1. The Traders Central Fund’s Referral Program can’t be combined with any other offer/discount except as otherwise permitted and set out in a particular promotional offer.

2. Traders Central Fund reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to demand the cessation of use of its referral URL. The user is responsible for ensuring your promotion of the referral URL does not violate or infringe upon any law or the rights of any third party.

3. Traders Central Fund reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to disqualify, limit, suspend or revoke this Referral Program for any user it finds or believes to be manipulating or abusing the process, fairness, or integrity of the Referral Program. Traders Central Fund will allow you to explain your usage and offer remedial solutions when possible.

4. Traders Central Fund reserves the right at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to without advance notice, terminate or suspend the Referral Program, in whole or in part, or modify it in any way at any time.

5. Traders Central Fund reserves the right at its absolute discretion and without prior notice to vary, delete or add to any of the Terms and Conditions listed here regarding its Referral Program. Should any updates, amendments, or changes be made to the Terms and Conditions of the Referral Program, those changes will be prominently updated here so that users are always informed.

6. By reading and continue to use the Traders Central Fund website, the user warrants that the user has read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the Terms and Conditions listed here regarding its Referral Program.
