· Traders Central Fund Corp. is a Canadian entity with the registration number BC1281254. It acts as an intermediary between traders and backers. The traders and Trader Central Fund Corp do not have any employment relationship between them. Backers manage and host one-time fee evaluations. The website www.traderscentral.com hosts dashboards of traders to facilitate them in performing their tasks and reviewing relevant account information.

· Traders Central Fund Corp charges a fee for the referral of backers to traders. Once our traders are connected to our backers, we regard them as their freelance contractors. The fee schedule can be found here: https://www.traderscentral.com/products/funding. Traders are connected to the brokers of the backers to become self-directed customers to use the backer's trading platform. Traders must keep in their notice that execution price, market data, account access time, liquidity, speed, and system response may be affected by several factors. A factor may include order type and size, system performance, market conditions, market volatility, and several other factors that are neither controlled by Traders Central Fund Corp nor holds any liability in this regard.

· Traders Central Fund Corp is not involved in the funding or trading process and will not advise traders when deciding on trades. Traders Central Fund does not operate in foreign exchange dealings, money transferring, issuing or redeeming money orders, traveler’s cheques or anything similar, or dealing with virtual currency. Traders Central Fund Corp is not identified as a prop fund, hedge fund, brokerage, or investment fund. Securities such as forex, stocks, CFDs, and cryptocurrencies are not offered by Traders Central Fund Corp directly to traders for trade. Traders Central Fund Corp does not accept deposits from traders to provide them with a profit or return on it. Traders Central Fund Corp does not provide financial, investment, tax, legal, or any other sort of advice, solicitation of an offer, or an offer to engage in forex trading or the buying and selling of securities and currencies.

· Traders Central Fund Corp does not offer its services to residents living in British Columbia Canada, Russia, Iran, Syria, Venezuela and Zimbabwe.

Backers/Brokers

· The Backers offer crypto spot trading and liquidity services. In addition, the backer provides a technology platform to facilitate the online purchase and sale of digital currencies, digital assets, and legal tender or fiat currency (crypto to crypto, crypto to fiat, and fiat to crypto trading). Trading profits are handled and paid by the Backers and not by any other entities apart of the ecosystem.

· Trades are executed on the Backers partner brokerages, separate entities from the Backers. The broker's platform that is used to facilitate these trades is Meta Trader 5. Access to a trading account is given to traders after having passed the evaluation. In addition, traders access funded accounts through the brokerages, accounts' on the brokerages which the Backers own. Traders are given the login details to the accounts' in their respective portals. You must be 18 or older to use the services provided by the Backers.

· Both the Bankers and Brokers associated with the ecosystem are internationally registered.

· The Backers do not provide financial, investment, tax, legal, or any other sort of advice. Trading contains substantial risk. There is always a potential of loss of some or all of the amount invested and the value in your funded account can increase or decrease. Past performance is not necessarily indicative of future results.

Bagley Tools

· Bagley Tools is a software as a service product, which is a Canadian entity with registration no. BC1341852. It is a shop selling subscription services to allow traders to use trading tools of the software. These tools include a copier which copies trades from different accounts and social portfolios which connects traders to the portfolio of different brokers and allow traders to follow broker and/or copy them for a fee. It also allows for the buying of VPS and APIs as well as portfolio tracking and mapping.
