Content Policy

We want our community to continue to be a nice and safe place for everyone to focus on boosting their finances. Our Community Guidelines set out our policies for what is and is not allowed in order to achieve this. Once the content posted goes against the Community Guidelines, some actions are taken to ensure the maintenance of our platform goal.

Content alert and removal

When trying to post something that violates our Community Guidelines, the user will receive a notification of violation and the content will not be posted. If you believe that your content was removed in error, you can submit a review.

Account lock and permanent suspension

When an account is accused for repeated violations of the content policy, it will be temporarily or permanently suspended.

Actions will be taken on the basis of the number of strikes an account had for violations of this policy:

1 strike: No account-level action 2 strikes: 12-hour account lock 3 strikes: 12-hour account lock 4 strikes: 7-day account lock 5 or more strikes: Permanent suspension

All strikes are notified to the user when trying to post the violating content.

If the account is locked or suspended, the user can submit an appeal if believed that the content policy actions were in error.
